Contributions

A person's success or failure is never totally due to himself alone. There are always elements of the environment around him that contributes and paves the path towards success or failure.

There is always X and Y percentage of contribution towards a persons goal. Where X is the person's contribution and Y is the environmental effect. Say you worked independently on a project and due to your sole relentless effort, the project was a resounding success. Nevertheless there still exists a Y factor which could be in the form of discussions, you had with your friend, colleagues and peers. Somewhere down the line you were implicitly motivated by one of the environmental factor to drive the project towards success.

However it is upto the person himself to decide and take advantage of the Y factor towards attaining his goal. I always believe that on an average there is a 80/20 relationship with all my success. Too much of dependence on the Y factor can maim the final output of your goal. It can be the demarcation between success and failure.

Dream big

Dreams are a source of virtual reality, so potent, that if nurtured with the right nourishment, can grow into soul-filled physical reality. A dream is a goal, a vision, that personifies a dreamers character.

Mankind has been bestowed upon with immense exotic spirtual energy, which if channelised and oriented into prism of life will radiate its true spectrum. The glow of such spectrum can illuminate lives for ages to come. Visions and dreams arise from the environment and circumstances a person face in this journey of life.

I reckon upon myself to dream and fuel my passion to create the impossible. To look at the face of adversity and mock back at it, because I know that my dreams are been churned due the obstacles I encounter and endure.

Aging

Change will be iconic this year. New job, new place and lots of new experiences. I love change and definitely feel the energy radiating in all directions.

My journey to achieve perfection is just gaining momentum. I want to be the man with heart of gold and spine of steel and yet be the man worthy of invincible foe.
