Weight Loss Day Nine


Date: 10th May 2009

Weight Measured: 154 lbs

Breakfast: 3 egg omellet with broccoli.

Lunch: 2 grilled blue runner fish, cauliflower, broccoli and bell pepper.

Just so that everyone gets an idea that meals are not small in size, I have the pictures posted.

Dinner: grilled chicken, baby carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and two large grape fruit.

Drinks: Lost of waters.

Supplements: 3 teaspoon of psyllium husk and one-a-day vitamin.
